2. User Responsibilities

  3. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All content, trademarks, branding, training materials, and technology associated with FlighTraq™ belong to GalaxyDesigns, Inc.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our services without written permission.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent uptime and performance.
However:

  1. We may occasionally perform maintenance.
  2. Service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  3. GalaxyDesigns, Inc. is not liable for downtime, data interruptions, or delays.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

Your use of FlighTraq™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

7.1 Digital Products & Subscriptions

Because FlighTraq™ provides digital training tools and immediate access to premium features:

  1. All subscription fees and digital product purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  2. If you believe you were charged in error, you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical problem prevents you from using a paid feature:

  1. We will assist with troubleshooting.
  2. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may offer account credit or a prorated refund at our discretion.

7.3 Unauthorized Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized charge:

  2. We will investigate and may issue a refund if the charge is confirmed as unauthorized.

8. Account Termination

  1. GalaxyDesigns, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use FlighTraq™.
  2. Training outputs, analytics, or AI-generated suggestions are guidance tools and should not replace professional aviation training or certified instruction.

FlighTraq™ may integrate with third-party tools or analytics providers.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party actions or content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, unless otherwise required by local regulation.

12. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
When changes are made:

  1. The “Effective Date” will be updated.
  2. Continued use of FlighTraq™ indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
